Sales Development Representative


FactoryFour is seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly expanding Sales team. The candidate will be an individual who can identify new business opportunities and work with Account Executives to generate new business pipelines and close business within an assigned territory.

About the Role
  • Establish, develop and grow new business relationships over the telephone with influential contacts within Key Accounts.
  • Understand a prospective customer's business drivers, challenges, and pain points and communicate our ability to provide value.
  • Aim to exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities and work with sales team to close.
  • Align with sales team to effectively create and manage regional territory plans.
  • Follow-up and qualify on inbound sales inquiries to manage marketing leads effectively.
  • Effective Data Management through internal and external sources such as CRM, social media, search engines and press.
Your Qualifications
  • 1-2 Years of technology sales experience, preferably for a SaaS or IoT-based solution.
  • Experience with telemarketing, lead generation, or cold calling.
  • General understanding of Information Technology and SaaS offerings.
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written skills.
  • Able to build meaningful business relationships with prospects, customers and colleagues.
  • Bonus points:
    • Experience with Salesforce.
