Head of Sales


FactoryFour is uniquely positioned to impact manufacturing in several different verticals. We are looking for an incredibly driven, disproportionately talented leader that can transform our business development processes and create our sales culture at a critical time in our company's growth.

About the Role
  • Take ownership of FactoryFour's customer acquisition strategy and build a sales team capable of successful execution of sales targets.
  • Work with the CEO to develop specific revenue and growth targets, as well as the processes in order to reach them.
  • Build and nurture relationships with top accounts to strengthen partnerships with customers.
  • Evaluate market trends and adjust sales strategies to target key industries and address competitive conditions when necessary.
  • Recruit top sales and business development talent to build a strong team.
Your Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and managing sales organizations.
  • In previous roles, responsible for scaling a company to $10MM+ ARR and past.
  • Proven management and leadership skills, with the ability to identify and coach sales talent.
  • Experience working closely with marketing and have a strong understanding of how marketing funnels impact sales funnels.
  • Ability to define a sales process and articulate what factors impact which parts of the sales funnel.
